Shrimp Boil Foil Packets

Foil packet meals are quick to prepare, easy to clean up, and can be cooked while camping. If you need a campfire recipe, this is the one for you!
Ingredients and Materials
- Shrimp
- Precooked Sausage
- Zucchini
- Corn on the Cob
- Garlic and Butter
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Aluminum Foil
- Heat Resistant Gloves or Tongs
- Knife
Instructions
- Cut the corn into 2″ long sections and then cut each section in half down the middle.
- Roll out 18″ of aluminum foil.
- Assemble the ingredients in the center of the foil. Place the corn and zucchini on the bottom then the sausage and shrimp. Place all other ingredients on top.
- Seal each of the packets by folding the short ends of foil together. Then roll the long ends of foil towards the center.
- Place the packet over the fire. Placing it on the grate will work best however you can place it directly on the embers as well.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, let it cool, and enjoy!

- If unsure about cooking directly in aluminum, you can line the foil with parchment paper.
- It is better to roll too much aluminum foil than to not have enough!
- Add Cajun seasoning for a slightly different flavor to your meal.
